- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was sent the worst cleaner Ive ever had. She used Viakal to clean the chrome taps and showers in the bathrooms, had no idea how to use a Hoover and that it might just have different settings for carpets and hard floors, and she thought it would be a good idea to mop the floor before shed even hoovered. She then proceeded to leave the dirt and grime from the water bucket in the sink when she emptied it. Nothing was done how Id asked her to, in fact she couldnt remember what shed done and what she hadnt (mostly hadnt!). This company are unprofessional and the cleaner they sent was a health hazard, especially as I have two very young children. If she need a professional cleaner this is not the company to use.By Admin, September 09, 2019
